Glad to read ur blog. I am looking forward to seeing more! 2 years ago, the Chinese authorities are discussing which Gen-3 nuclear technology to choose, the Framatome EPR or the Westinghouse AP 1000. And the decision had been delayed again and again. Only until several months ago, it turned out that Westinghouse won the contract.
I have seen too many comments across the web that imply that safety mechanisms mean that the reactor is extremely dangerous, and more mechanisms mean it's more dangerous.
I have no idea how to counter this mindset; but I thought I'd let you know that, far from allaying fears in some people it may raise them
