Latest Poll shows nuclear still making gains

More than 44 per cent of respondents said they would feel safe having a nuclear power plant within 100km of their home, while 38 per cent thought nuclear power should be a priority to reduce carbon emissions. In a similar NEWS.com.au survey in December, only 35.8 per cent of respondents said they would feel safe near a nuclear power plant and a third thought nuclear power should be prioritised.
